Birthday Parties are Back!
Birthdays are special times, and our coaches know how to create a great party! We have two goals in mind: a great time for the kids and a relaxing time for the parents! You can sit back and relax and let us manage everything else! And our coaches are here to make this day, of all days, a very special day for the birthday girl or boy!
The days when pool parties were for the lucky few children with summer birthdays are gone! At Gym Magic, swim parties happen year round! We also offer our entire Gym facility to host an amazing party that includes trampolines, a foam pit, climbing roped and wall, plenty of toys and more!
One of the most common comments we hear from our birthday parents is how great it was to have our coaches take care of everything! You can sit back and enjoy your friends and family because our staff is there to handle everything else! Another common comment is that the parents got to RELAX – and go home to a clean house! If there’s ever a complaint, it’s wanting more time.
Day & Time Options
(Depending on Availability)
Saturday: 2:30-4pm, 4:30-6pm and 6:30 to 8pm
Sunday: 11-12:30pm, 1-2:30pm, 3-4:30pm and 5-6:30pm
Gym & Swim Party Packages
•Package price includes up to 20 kids ages 3-16 years, 6 pizzas (cheese or pepperoni), and 30 pouches of CapriSun.
Important Info

Parties last 1.5 hrs long. Arrival time is 15 minutes prior to the start of Party.

Parents are not included in person limits per package.

Children under 3 Must be accompanied by an adult on the gym floor. Adults are not allowed on the gym equipment.

Parties must be booked 2 Weeks in advance.

Full payment is due at booking.

You do not have to be a Gym Magic member to book a party.

Food that CAN be brought: finger food, juice boxes, bottles of water, cookies,chips,cake, and ice cream.

Food that CAN NOT be brought: Large Meals (burgers, enchiladas, pizza, etc)

Gym Magic will provide chairs, tables, tablecloths, napkins, cups, plates, forks, and balloons. Parents/guardians supply the birthday cake and ice cream.

Multiple gym parties may be scheduled at each time slot. The first party to book at a selected time slot will have the option to choose either the upstairs lobby or downstairs lobby as their party room. Each party will rotate through gym circuits during their party time followed by gifts and refreshments in their respective party area.
